Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides support to the programming of a new surface mount technology line for the New Product Introduction Area. This position is to support the first shift factory operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Programs the screen printer, solder paste inspection equipment, and pick-and-place equipment.
Develops reflow profiles.
Can operate the NPI SMT line as needed.
Performs manual component placement and inspection.
Performs inspection of populated circuit cards throughout the SMT assembly process.
Provides input to process engineering regarding improvements identified through documentation review and machine operation.
Supports AS9100C audits.
