Microelectronics Advanced Packaging / Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Supports electrical design engineers with new, novel and appropriate packaging solutions. Manages and contributes to advanced manufacturing projects in the development of new packaging options, processes, materials and equipment. Works with and/or leads team members including those from other functions. Clarifies issues, recommends design solutions, prepares execution plans, identifies technical and business resources needed, plans, implements, contributes to and controls projects. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team, design teams and factory. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions. May support factory with subject matter expertise if required.
