BAE is seeking an experienced manager to oversee the Technical Operations Product and Test Engineering team. The engineering team is composed of approximately 10 engineers at final integration level with disciplines inclusive of Electrical and Test skillsets. This position is to support TacAir Operations.
Primary responsibilities are shown below:
Manage the technical personnel including hiring, developing and assigning personnel to meet the needs of the business. Responsible for managing product performance across a dynamic product portfolio inclusive of resolving production issues in a complex and dynamic mixed model production environment, providing continuous improvement ideas and drive cost take out initiatives and increase both product and test yields.
Supports the Product Stream Manager with workforce development, training and assignments. Supports New Product development and facilitates transition to production strategy and execution with key stakeholder responsibility. Manages test and environmental screening equipment and resource capacity, utilization and capital planning. Ensures build procedures and results are in accordance with technical goals and data, graphs, diagrams, reports are compiled and prepared indicating progress and accomplishments. Drive team to Root cause analysis, Containment of failures in production environment, and implement procedure updates to reduce manufacturing cycle times, and improve overall yields.
Establishes and oversees expense budgets so that total cost objectives are achieved. Controls indirect labor, indirect labor by direct labor and overhead accounts to ensure that profit goals are achieved and a competitive cost structure is maintained.
Plans, interprets, and implements Company policies and standards to ensure 100% compliance to the requirements for Security, ESH, ISO, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
