Value Stream Manager for the CCA manufacturing area with duties including workforce empowerment, development, and the implementation of project plans and schedules, ensuring quality issues related to their assigned value stream meet specified standards for delivered products. Additionally, commitments to delivery schedules and the removal of obstacles to achieving them shall be a focus of the value stream manager. Also, costs are understood across the value stream and are achieved, as well as the implementation of process improvements through the development and execution of a comprehensive improvement plan.

years of Surface Mount Technology
2. Sets schedule/work priority within a team
3. Assembly, Inspection and Test daily assignments
4. Drives the team to meet schedule/executes to the provided plan
5. Resolves/Removes obstacles
6. ASssures job specific training for immediate needs and to mitigate limit resource capabilities
7. costing analysis (hours per unit)
8. Assembly, Inspection and Test hiring
9. factory tour set up
10. Assure calibration / shelf life compliance
11. Compliance to Electro-Static-Discharge and Foreign Object elimination requirments
12. Overtime authorization and Paid time off oversight
13. Work to partner with human resources to resolve personnel issues and concerns
14. Processes personnel performance evaluations
15. Assures safety/security compliance
16. Promotes lean manufacturing
17. Understand of the circuit card technology.
18. Knowledge and command of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
19. Goal orientated seeking manufacturing/operational excellence
20. IPC-610 understanding
