Lean / Flow Implementation Leader

Proven flow implementer for a moderate mix / low volume facility Person selected for the position will be required to conduct value stream analysis, establish flow lines, perform line balancing, implement lean tools and systems in order to reduce cycle time. The primary goal is balanced flow. The selected individual must be able to operate independently and operate as lean implementer and not as a consultant. This is a hands on position which demands ability to be part of the solution process and not simply an adviser.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Skills and Education
Proven experience leading a lean implementation. Must have experience having led a lean implementation including line balancing, development of flow lines, material deployment strategies and waste identification. Ability to create, analyze and then derive action from a Value Stream Map. Must be able to deduce times using tools such as work combination sheets, cycle time evaluators, etc.
