Assist with data collection activities in support of State and Federal tax returns, tax provision estimates, R&D; and domestic production credits.
Provide intra-departmental support to ES Accounting, Controls Group, and Sector on various accounting issues. Train cross-functionally with other ES Accounting groups to ensure organizational continuity and structured transfer of knowledge.
Analyze tax department deliverables with emphasis on data collection process, achievement of timelines, and use of existing tools to improve timeliness of submissions and elimination of non-value add steps. Identify system bottlenecks, make recommendations for improvement.
Special projects in support of department goals and objectives.

Experience: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills: Knowledge of BAE enterprise systems, Microsoft Office products, and Access database management systems.
Preferred Skills: Ability to work across functional groups and to work well in a team environment. Self starter, ability to work without constant supervision. Meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
