Works from engineering design drawings, diagrams, schematics, verbal or written instructions to test and build mechanical and/or electro-mechanical units, systems and subsystems. Provides support to higher level technicians or supervisor, may work in a research or design/development environment. Receives detailed instructions and equipment requirements from supervisor or engineering personnel.
Primary responsibility is to perform Conformal Coat Spray operations in the CCA Focus Factory on Second Shift. The position requires experience with the use of HVLP spray systems as well as basic maintenance and adjustment to ensure proper operation. Must have a firm understanding proper cleanliness requirements, as well as masking techniques to ensure quality throughput. The ability to pass a physical and receive respirator certification by the company health and Safety is required.
1. Follows specific written or verbal engineering instructions to construct simple mechanical operating units and/or models.
2. Ensures proper surface masking and preparation, mixing coatings, catalyst and hardeners to appropriate ratios by weight, volume or viscosity
3. Regulates spray gun according to temperature and humidity requirements.
4. Mixes and applies acrylic and urethane conformal coatings to specific consistencies and viscosities requiring a moderate knowledge and understanding of their qualities in order to achieve desired effect
5. Utilizes pneumatic, hydraulic and measuring equipment such as veneer calipers and micrometers and follows prescribed procedures to test and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
6. Performs varied mechanical operations of a simple non-repetitive nature including the fabrication of mechanical devices.
7. May service or repair simple instruments and equipment.
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Education: High School Required Experience & Required Skills: QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a High School diploma, plus one (1) year formal study in Coating Technology or two (2) years of related experience. Preferred Skills: May also require specific certifications, i.e., Spray Coating Technology.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
