We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience who will be responsible as follows:
Perform systems analysis for applications and provide technical and project support to resolve issues, reduce program risk and facilitate the delivery of quality products to our customers.
Provide leadership and engineering support throughout the lifecycle of product development to include technical planning, requirements management, design, development, integration, test, maintenance, enhancement, and user support.
Works closely with software teams and other systems engineers to refine established requirements and designs to ensure successful integration and final delivery to the customer, including active participation in requirements, design, code and test reviews.
Provide support for recurring technical meetings including the planning, facilitation, and coordination of meeting agendas, action items of technical meetings and analysis of programs.
Candidates should possess a demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
Experience in a Windows software development environment, including requirements development and management, testing debugging, architecture/infrastructure development.
Experience with software process development and improvement models, such as CMMI.
Familiarity with current software development automated tools, including configuration management support and quality assurance tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2003/2007 professional applications.
U.S. Citizenship Required as chosen applicant will be subject to government security investigation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
