Integrated Electronic Warfare Systems is a product line within the Electronic Combat Systems business area. This product line focuses on both advanced integrated ESM/EA systems and small form-factor EW systems.
As a program manager within this product line, the person is accountable for the overall performance of the project (cost, schedule, technical and customer) with the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the project.
- Responsible and accountable to the Line Management for technical planning, development, integration, fabrication, testing, evaluation, profitability, timeliness, and technical success of the company's projects.
- Leads or participates in the creation of new business strategies and in the development of strategic and financial plans for the company.
- Annual project financial responsibility is typically up to $30M, but may be less for projects of high technical or organizational complexity or risk, or of significant strategic value.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; or in Business or Management
Required Skills:
- Experience with development of Electronic Warfare systems
- Experience supporting large scale complex development programs (>$100M)
- Initiates, organizes, plans, authorizes work, manages, controls, manages change and closes out assigned project(s) according to the company's Project Management processes
- Proficient in the application of Earned Value Management System, Master Planning Techniques (IMP/IMS) and Subcontract Management
- Determines work schedules, prioritizes tasks, and implements procedures for performing work activities
- Directs and monitors work results for meeting customer requirements, specifications and quality assurance standards
- Regularly evaluates performance of assigned project tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives using company standard metrics
- Keeps Line Management informed regarding project status and any technical, cost, schedule, or administrative problems within assigned projects
- Establishes, maintains and promotes good customer relationships
- Ensures the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives
- Ensures customers are informed on status and progress of assigned projects
- Identifies and develops opportunities to increase the value of the project(s) under his/her purview, and to capture new projects
- Develops capture plans and directs the development and preparation of proposals in response to various requests
- Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B-2 platform
- Prefer Program Management Institute (PMI) certification and/or Program Management Professional (PMP)
- Master's Degree
