welcoming and scheduling patients answering and handling phone calls as well as follow up calls verifying insurance coverage and and faxing information and communicating with a billing company updating any patient demographics or insurance info when needed ADP payroll setting up patient statements, set up weekly deposit, and maintaining medical records keeping track of inventory and supplies, keeping the office clean.
Skills:
Very organized, self-starter, strong attention to detail, highly motivated, good time management, able to work independently and part of team, ability to communicate professionally and effectively-both written and verbal, able to learn or familiar with EHR medical software and able to problem solve an good with technology including email scanning, faxing and being proficient with MS Word and Excel:
