This opportunity requires an individual that is capable of balancing both leasing and office administrative responsibilities.
The Leasing associate's primary responsibility will be the performance of all activities related to:
- showing and leasing vacant apartments including completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
- doing background checks on prospective tenants, - handling tenant move-outs - lease renewals - Assist with company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy.
- emailing, invoicing, paying bills, answering emails, etc.
If you have a good attitude and are self-sufficient you will be a great fit here.
Leasing, Real-estate or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
You must be familiar with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
Flexible hours and will consider someone part time.
