CNC Maintenance Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery and systems.
Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
Maintain and secure work tools.
Clean and maintain work area.
Turn off and lock equipment when needed.
Provide on the job training to new maintenance employees.
Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various pneumatic and CNC controls.
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machinery
Perform installations, repairs, and Preventative Maintenance
Responsible for cleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeeping of the Company.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
At least three years of repair/maintenance experience within a large manufacturing environment supporting heavy machinery and equipment
Must have troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
Dedication to complete duties so production staff can meet delivery requirements
Computer skills and basic mathEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
