Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a dynamic self-starter for a skilled Custodian.
Responsibilities:
Routine cleaningRoutine maintenanceAssures that the entrances, hallways, stairwells, bathrooms and common areas are neat and cleanOn occasion strip, wax and buff floorsWash cabinets, windowsills, etc.
Shampoo carpetsRemove trashDust and clean walls, ceiling vents and light fixtures.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experienceAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility to organize and schedule work so that it can be completed in a timely mannerAbility to lift and move up to 50lbsAbility to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend, grip, balance, climb, reach and liftAbility to keep the building clean and orderlySelf-starter, neat in appearanceMust take direction wellBe friendly and professionalWork independentlyValid driver's license Dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that Brady Sullivan Properties highest standard are met
