Compensation range includes monthly bonus structure for appointments What you will do:
Welcoming clients in person at the desk or on the phone with a warm friendly greeting.
Answering phone lines in a courteous manner Appointment scheduling Scheduling valet pick up appointments and working with valet drivers Scheduling deliveries Assisting clients with common questions and directing them to appropriate field Contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts and available prepaid maintenance Updating and organizing showroom displays Cashiering Other duties assigned by management team What you need to be successful in this role:
Must possess a strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team and also independently Extraordinary communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced setting Self-motivated and results driven Positive, professional attitude Experience with a multi line phone system Computer Skills (Excel) Must be available to work Saturdays What we can offer you:
