Our Burger King franchise is looking for responsible, experienced Managers to lead our Crew and ensure that we consistently provide amazing food and service to our GuestsOur Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of our Burger King restaurant, and possess the Leadership to inspire our Crew to thrive! Responsibilities of Management:
Instructs, trains, coaches and develops the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded for achieving organizational and personal goals, Responsible for the overall recruiting and hiring of hourly employeesEnsures employee retention by effectively staffing the team to maximize customer service and sales effortsWorks to maximize sales and profits within the restaurantResponsible for all cash controls and enforcement of Company policiesPrepares and executes local store marketing, merchandising, sales and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and guest trafficResponsible for ordering, accounting and maintenance of all food and paper inventoriesProviding excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employeesEnforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standardsHandle guest complaints according to company guidelinesWork closely with restaurant staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
