We are currently looking for a new member to join our Customer Service/Inside Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
--Primary point of contact for our customers --Establish and maintain rapport with our customers --Identify and proactively address potential issues with orders --Effectively communicate with customers on a daily basis.
--Interface with Manufacturing to obtain scheduling updates and communicate updates to customer(s) --Work with the customers & the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
--Input jobs into our system for processing.
--Interact with our Finance/Accounting department to assist in resolving credit issues The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
--Bachelor's Degree.
Preferably in Communications or Business, but we are open to all majors.
--Prior experience in lieu of a degree is OK --Superior communication skills (phone, e-mail, & in-person).
--Comfortable with time-critical situations --Upbeat, extroverted personality --Creative problem-solving capabilities We offer medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off.
