The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings Prepare and distribute important correspondence, memos, and reports Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls Assist with the preparation of project documentation ,RFQ's and bids Maintain and update project files and databases Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events Provide general administrative support to project teams and executives Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proven administrative or clerical experience, preferably in the construction and/or manufacturing industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
