Attend to client inquiries on the phone and face to face Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Work with the Financial Advisor Team to prepare for client meetings Follow up on action steps resulting from prospect and client meetings (e.

, complete paperwork for investment and insurance products); establish and maintain solid working relations with clients; provide ongoing support and service as appropriate Handle advisor needs proactively Maintain all contact records Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
