Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within Optiline Enterprises.
This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic and hands-on approach to HR management.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Director role, playing a vital part in shaping the company's HR strategies and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and objectives - Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices - Collaborate with Talent Manager to identify training and development needs, and assist in coordinate relevant programs - Lead the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations - Stay up-to-date with HR trends and developments, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize HR operations - Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role - Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in New Hampshire and Massachusetts - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing effective HR solutions - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives - HR certification (e.
