BAE Systems is hiring a Task Manager to support the Program Office on the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) program.
The Task Manager will support the Program Management team with planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close out of assigned contracts.
The position will also support the development/maturity of data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
The Task Manager role is a developmental position for candidates seeking to advance in Program Management.
Responsibilities:
Participate in EPAWSS governance and process developmentParticipate in the development/maturity of data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities of EPAWSS.
Provide direct, hands-on support across the spectrum of program/project lifecyclesSupport project team's development of plans that address the life-cycle of products (proposals to post-production support)Work cross-functionally to coordinate and monitor plans, action items, milestones, and metricsSupport Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management activitiesAssist the project team with tracking and reporting status of the R&OsProvide communication support to the EPAWSS communitySupport the preparation and conduct of technical IPT meetings for internal and customer team membersParticipate in EPAWSS event coordination and executionSupport and work with the Program Management team to document lessons learned and implement improvements across the program Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.

$89650 - $152460 Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
