Must be organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple projects.
Quality care with a focus on customer service is a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients for their appointments Collecting patient payments and insurance information Scheduling and coordination of patient appointments New patient registration Basic computer skills required Office support including filing and updating medical records Typing experience preferred Answering phones and triaging phone messages Assisting with insurance prior authorizations Full-time staff receive Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Group Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, and 401k with company match and profit-sharing once eligibility criteria has been met.
