50 / hour Desired Qualifications High school diploma or GED Demonstrated tenure of 3 or more years with one employer Excellent hand eye coordination and steady hands People who become excellent in these roles often have hobbies that involve intricate or detailed work such as drawing, needlework, arts & crafts and similar skills.
This is an entry level position and requires a fair amount of training in order to learn all the jobs in the process.
These skills are transferable to other cleanroom manufacturing operations and can lead to a well-paying career path.
