This position identifies and implements tools and strategies to leverage workplace performance to achieve business goals as part of a high performing learning and organization effectiveness team. In collaboration with leaders at all levels, designs, develops and implements solutions in the areas of change management, organization design, and performance improvement. Coordinates and manages the work of intervention/implementation teams to ensure timely and highly valued solutions. Collaborates with HR business partners and other leaders to create a culture of excellence. Incorporates knowledge of Performance Improvement tools such as LEAN and AGILE to lead performance improvement efforts across Human Resources. Works with Director of Organization Effectiveness to support new business initiatives including, talent management strategies, cultural transformation, and system-wide opportunities to accelerate change designed to help ensure achievement of Bon Secours Mercy Health's mission and goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Manages complex and multiple client relationships and partners with Talent Strategy experts, Talent Acquisition and Development, Human Resources business partners, other HR resources as well as organization leadership to ensure alignment and integration of organization development solutions. Works closely with the Director of Organization Effectiveness/Change Leadership to plan and implement dimensions of key organization projects and strategies to actualize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plans of Bon Secours Mercy Health Applies Lean or Agile expertise to identify upgrades and on-going continuous improvement of processes and products offered across Human Resources. Coordinates organization-wide projects/initiatives as required:
conducting organization diagnostics, identifying appropriate interventions, facilitating team efforts, creating communication plans, anticipating change management needs and plans for mitigating barriers. Develops project goals and plans in partnership with clients; creating milestones, establishing the project team and identifying resource needs. Ensures projects are managed and solutions are delivered on time. Recognizes the need for innovation or improvement and initiates efforts to explore alternative solutions. Encourages leaders to question established processes and traditional assumptions. Seeks and uses input from diverse sources to generate alternative approaches. Provides on-going progress reports of initiatives/assignments. Evaluates success of projects using department process. Actively promotes the assimilation of Organization Effectiveness and Change Management competencies in the HR Business Partner's organization through education, partnership, and consultation and influence. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
