We are seeking a dedicated Spa Coordinator to join our team of professionals.
The Spa Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and clients.
Duties:
Scheduling and appointment management Client check-in and check-out Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service Supporting spa service providers and ensuring smooth operations Handling inventory processes efficiently while cultivate vendor relationships Supervise email correspondence, online bookings, and gift card sales with precision and professionalism.
Closing duties and spa preparation for the next shift Collaborating closely with the Owner and Assistant Office Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery Additional responsibilities may apply
Experience:
Proven track record of long-term employment and scheduling experience Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Natural ability to engage and connect with people Excellent communication skills Inspiring leadership qualities Team player with a positive attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to follow protocols and adapt to change Proficient in fast and precise typing with keen visual acuity Tech-savvy with proficiency in office suites and technology Experience in inventory management and vendor relations

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
