The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of power tools.
Must be able to communicate well with others and work independently.
This position is responsible for all maintenance work around the properties including the general upkeep of the building and grounds in order to keep to keep the properties properly maintained.
Responsibilities:
Use hand and power tools to complete projects.
Repair building interiors and exteriors.
Painting, install flooring.
Install/repair plumbing systems, lighting fixtures, drywall, etc This franchise is independently owned and operated.
Your application will go directly to the local office and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.
