Summary:
Experienced professional medical biller will be responsible for processing claims timely, editing bills accurately and researching and following-up on charge problems. Will also be responsible for processing appeals, identifying trends, processing financial transactions and balancing, auditing, coding and reimbursement for a multi-specialty group.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years medical billing experience
Knowledge of ICD-9/CPT/HCPCS codes
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and requirements
Coding certification preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
